The airline is funded by TriStar Capital from which it also leases its one Lockheed L-1011 TriStar aircraft. The airline plans to operate charters on South American and trans-Atlantic routes. Notice that the logo is the same or very, very similar to the one used by Northeast Airlines in the USA, which was merged into Delta Airlines in the 70's.
